The LOGO of the Olsztyn Science and Technology Park is a trademark No. 266117 registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and is subject to legal protection under the provisions of the Act of 30 June 2000 Industrial Property Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1410). Its use is possible only under the condition of concluding an appropriate license agreement. The use of LOGO without concluding a license agreement is not allowed and has legal consequences.
