270-person hall 

OC building is equipped with a large hall that can accommodate up to 270 people. This hall can be divided with sliding walls into 3 halls for 90 people each. Fig. 1. shows the layout so divided hall. The meeting hall is adjacent to the exhibition hall. Fig. 2 and 3 show possible arrangements of 90-person halls.

The halls are equipped with a lighting control system, wireless microphones, sound system, power-operated sliding shutters, folding screens and projectors on elevators.

Each 90-person hall has its own Christie DHD550-G projector (fig. 4.) and lowered AV-STUMPFL BIM-SF300 INLINE screen (fig. 5.) with a width of 300 cm.

If the hall is used in the option for 270 people, AV STUMPFL BIM-SW400 INLINE scree with a width of 400cm is supported by the fourth CHRISTIE projector – DWU675-E model.

Each hall is equipped with a wireless microphone, floor panel that allows to connect devices with HDMI or VGA.

Projectors work with Popcorn Hour HD with Blu-Ray readers and USB connectors.

There is also a device for conference calls, i.e. Huawei RP-100-46 (fig. 6) with a camera that can work in Full HD resolution and having a very good microphone.

In the hall, there is also 70-inch Sharp interactive monitor (fig. 10.)

In addition, the Hall is equipped with a control system covering blinds lowering, light control, projector elevator and screen. (fig. 11).

In the halls, there are Sjure-ULX2/87 wireless microphones with a tripod.

Samsung SDP-860 visualizer allows to present printed contents on the screens of the conference hall and wireless Logitech Professional Presenter R700 remote control for presentations.

In buildings, it is possible to access to Wi-Fi network. A large parking lot and lobby are provided to tenants, as well.

20-person halls

OPNT also offers smaller, 20-person, meeting halls. They are equipped with interactive whiteboards with NEC UM-280-Wi with project, Samsung SDP-860 visualizer for documents, wall control panel, wireless Logitech Professional Presenter R700 remote control for presentations, flip chart based on contact, and speakers. Control panel in the hall allows to lower blinds, control lights, and support presentations.

50-person halls

In 50-person halls, there is mobile discussion system, i.e. Taiden HCS-5300MC/20, 30 wireless panels for delegates and president. The hall is equipped with interactive whiteboards with NEC UM-280-Wi with project, Samsung SDP-860 visualizer for documents, wall control panel, wireless Logitech Professional Presenter R700 remote control for presentations, flip chart based on contact, and speakers.

The twin hall is equipped with lowered BIM SF300 INLINE screen working with Chrsitie DHD-550G projector. In this hall, there is HD Popcorn Hour player with Blu-Ray reader and USB inputs. Control panel in the hall allows to lower blinds, control lights, and support presentations.
